At TBCo, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to help us process your request faster.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
